Great commute today, flew up the hill in Rosslyn with no issues at all! Back held up very well. I really wanted to do the Curtis hills today and maybe some intervals, but I am trying to be careful.

I lost my memory card reader, so no pics today. I am going to pick another one up tomorrow, so pics will be up then.
